1. What Stockify is

Stockify (psxtrades.com) is a free, personal, non-commercial project that applies a published set of technical-analysis rules to Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) equities, records the resulting signals, and tracks them as simulated paper trades. It is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Free and non-commercial

• Stockify is free to use. There are no subscriptions, paid tiers, advertising or sponsored content, and no fees are charged for signals or any other feature.
• Stockify is not a business, does not solicit investments, and does not receive compensation from any issuer, broker or third party for anything shown on the site.
• Optional AI features include a small free daily allowance. If you add your own AI provider API key, that provider bills you directly under its own terms; Stockify receives nothing from it.

3. Not investment advice

• Stockify is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, research analyst or portfolio manager, and is not registered or licensed as any of these by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited or any other regulator, in Pakistan or elsewhere. It does not publish research reports within the meaning of the SECP Research Analyst Regulations.
• Nothing on the site is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, or a statement that any security or strategy is suitable for you.
• Labels such as “long”, “short”, “strong”, “entry”, “stop” and “target” describe the output of the rules. They are not instructions to trade.
• Using Stockifydoes not create an adviser–client, fiduciary or any other professional relationship between you and its operator.
Before making any investment decision, do your own research and consider seeking advice from a professional who is licensed to give it.

4. Risk disclaimer

• Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Equity prices can fall sharply and quickly, and you may lose more than you expect, including all of the money you invest. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
• Technical signals are not predictions. They describe historical price and volume patterns. Patterns that appeared to work in the past may stop working at any time.
• Stops are not guarantees. In fast or illiquid markets, gaps, circuit breakers, trading halts and low volume can mean an order fills far from its intended price, or not at all.
• Market-specific risks. PSX equities can be affected by liquidity constraints, price limits, regulatory actions, corporate actions and macroeconomic or political events that no technical rule accounts for.
• Short signals are generated by the same rules as long signals. Short selling may be restricted, unavailable or costly for your account; check with your broker.
• No Shariah screening. Signals are not screened for Shariah compliance. Mentions of indices such as KMI-30 are descriptive only.

5. Paper trading and backtests are hypothetical

Performance figures on Stockify, including win rate, R-multiples and backtest results, come from simulated trades. They have inherent limitations: no real orders were placed, fills are modelled rather than achieved, and commissions, taxes, slippage, liquidity and the psychological pressure of real trading are not fully reflected. Rules may also be adjusted over time with the benefit of hindsight. Past performance, simulated or actual, is not indicative of future results. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown.

6. Market data

• Market data is sourced from PSX's public data portal (dps.psx.com.pk). Stockify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited.
• Data is not real-time and may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted or wrong. Always confirm prices with your broker before acting.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute data or signals from Stockify.
• “PSX”, “KSE-100”, “KMI-30” and related index and company names are trademarks or names of their respective owners and are used only to identify the market data shown. Google and other third-party names belong to their owners.

7. AI-generated content

Fundamental briefs, signal explanations and other AI-generated text are produced by third-party language models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and they are not investment advice. AI does not generate the signals. Verify anything important against primary sources such as company filings and PSX announcements.

8. Conflicts of interest

Stockifyreceives no payment from any company, broker or other party. Its operator may personally hold, buy or sell securities that appear on the site, including securities with open signals. Signals are produced by the same fixed rules for every symbol and are not altered to suit anyone's positions, but you should assume this possibility whenever you read them.

9. Your account

• You sign in with a Google account and must be at least 18 years old.
• When you create an account you are asked to accept these terms, and the version and time of your acceptance are recorded. If the terms change materially you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing.
• Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• If you add your own API key, you are responsible for complying with that provider's terms and for any charges it bills you. We recommend setting spending limits with the provider.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data.

10. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the app or its API, or try to bypass usage limits.
• Attempt to access other people's accounts or data, or probe or disrupt the service.
• Use Stockify to run a paid signal service or to present its output as your own advice to others.
• Use the feedback form to send spam or abusive content.

Access may be limited or removed for accounts that break these terms.

11. Availability and changes

Stockify is run on a best-effort basis by one person. Features, rules and thresholds may change, and the service may be interrupted, limited or shut down at any time, with or without notice.

12. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Stockify is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, its data, signals, paper-trade results or AI-generated content, including trading losses, lost profits or indirect or consequential losses. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Stockify against any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your use of the site, your trading or investment decisions, your breach of these terms, or your use of any third-party service, including AI providers with your own API key.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you use Stockify from another country, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you there.

16. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will change when they are. Continuing to use Stockify after an update means you accept the revised terms.

17. General

These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and the operator about Stockify. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
